Watch soon... the Michigan Humanities Council is working with Michigan Public Television to create 3-minute long video shorts on the cultural history and impact of the Flint Coney Island hot dog.

You can read some of the history about it by linking to the map on this webpage and linking to Flint Coneys.  The video short we are creating will focus specific to Flint and the Macedonian influence a la Cincinnati chili....

The video should debut in late spring, likely mid-May on WFUM-TV Flint, and will be shared with all public television stations across Michigan.  It will also be made available on the Michigan Humanities Council website, and this website, after it is broadcast for the first time.

Stay tuned!
